GOAL: The creation of this position expands the capacity of Community Action to provide housing counseling to homeowners in Rock and Walworth Counties facing foreclosure. We project increasing the number of households served annually by 75 with an expected outcome of 71% (53 households) avoiding foreclosure as a result of our efforts.
