ARRA Funding is additional support to the Housing Counseling Program with expanding the capacity of Community Action to provide more housing counceling to homeowners in Rock and Walworth counties facing foreclosure.  We project increasing the number of households served annualy by 75 with an expected outcome of 71% (53 households) avoiding foreclosure as a result of our effort.
