ARRA Housing Project Manager

GOAL: The creation of the Housing Project Manager position allows Community Action to expand our affordable housing development activities. This position will oversee the completion of 12 projects; home improvements to 7 low-income owner occupied properties in Walworth County, facilitate the purchase and rehabilitation of two affofordable rental projects in Rock County; and rehabilitate 3 homes in Beloit's Merrill Housing Initiative for sale to low-income owner occupants.

  The Housing Project Manager spent significant time assisting with Summer Youth Employment Project in the first Quarter.

Work currently underway on two separate Rock County purchase/rehab-rental projects (1417 and 1423 Hull).    4 Walworth County Home Projects have been completed.

(1) Merrill Housing Project at 1352 is complete and home is being marketed for sale to low-income household.
