Beloit Learning Center is located at 706 Emerson Street on the Beloit College Campus.  The Learning Center is open to children between the ages of newborn and 5 years.  Early Head Start is offered at this location for children birth to 3 years of age.  Hours are 6:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday - Friday.
