Community Kids Learning Centers offer locations in Janesville, Beloit and Delavan with after-school programs in Delavan and Whitewater.  Everyone at Community Kids believes that quality early learning is the key to preventing poverty in the next generation.  All of our Learning Centers and programs teach educational curriculums that are developmentally appropriate for each child's age.  Special attention is put towards different needs, interests and development levels of each individual child.  Features of Community Kids include; field trips and special activities, hot nutritious meals and snacks, year-round care with summer programming and acceptance of W-2 and other 2nd party payments.  Flexible hours and full or part-time scheduling is provided Monday through Friday making it easy to meet the many different demands of the week.  Each program works hard to accommodate their families school weeks or work schedules.  All Community Kids teachers are experienced, state-licensed, child care professionals who understand and accept that each child is unique and has his or her own strengths.  Community Kids Learning Centers are in convenient, high quality locations which offer a happy, healthy and safe environment for children.

Janesville Learning Center and Janesville Preschool is located at 2230 Center Ave. in Janesville. 

• The Learning Center is open to children 2 weeks to 12 years. 
• Hours are 5:00 am to 11:30 pm Monday - Friday with preschool and kindergarten readiness offered throughout the day.

Rock County Job Center - Janesville Drop-In Care
Rock County Job Center Drop-in Care offers free child care to patrons using the Job Center located at 1900 Center Ave.  At Community Action, we recognize that childcare is critical to supporting parents' ability to work. 

• Open to children between the ages of newborn and 12 years of age. 

Hours of Operation (at Rock Co. Job Center):
Monday - Wednesday - 8:00 am - 12:15 pm & 12:45 - 5 p.m.
Thursday - 12:45 pm - 5 pm
Friday - 8:00 am - 12:15 pm

Community Kids Learning Center-Beloit
Beloit Learning Center is located at 706 Emerson Street on the Beloit College Campus. 

• Open to children between the ages of newborn and 5 years. 
• Early Head Start is offered at this location for children birth to 3 years of age. 
• Hours are 6:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday - Friday.

Community Kids Learning Center - Beloit-Wrap Around
The Learning Center at Beloit Head Start is located at 1221 Henry Avenue at the Head Start Family Center.  The Learning Center is open to the public as well as offering wrap around care.  

• Ages of 3 and 8 years of age.

The Delevan Learning Center is located at 1545 Hobbs Drive in Delavan.  The learning center is open to children between the ages of newborn and 5 years. 

• Year round wrap around childcare available for Bilingual Students
• Flexible schedules
• Full/Part-time scheduling available
• Easy transitioning to and from preschool sessions
• Monday - Friday: 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Summer Explorers - Summer Childcare
WHITEWATER – Community Kids Summer Explorers Programs - is a Summer Program for school age children 4 -12 years offered from June until August 31st.

DELAVAN – Summer Programs - Community Kids-Delavan Learning Center Summer Program and Summer Explorers Program are for school agers that will for children ages birth -12 years.
