First Choice Women's Health Center

First Choice Women's Health Center was established in 1972 and serves more than 3000 patients each year.  Nurse practitioners and family practice doctors provide confidential, professional health care to men and women of all reproductive ages. 

 

First Choice Offers: all FDA approved birth control methods sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment HIV testing and education pregnancy testing and education emergency contraception Certified Medicaid provider annual health exams

Clients pay for services on a sliding fee scale based on household income.  First Choice believes that no one can afford not to have regular health check-ups.  They are the best way to prevent and treat health problems before they become serious.  No patient is ever denied services based on inability to pay.

Monday: 10am-7pm
Tuesday: 9am-5pm
Wednesday: 8am-5pm,
Thursday: 8am-11:30pm and 12:45pm-5pm
Friday: CLOSED

Beloit Clinic Hours:
Monday: 12pm-7pm
Wednesday: 8am-5pm
Friday: CLOSED
