   Minimize

One-to-One Empowerment Program provides up to 6 months of housing counseling, case management and group education to assist households in maintaining housing.

The One to One program works with Walworth County households at-risk for homelessness, but not yet homeless, to stabilize their housing and increase household income through addressing household needs in connection with available community resources.  Program services last for 6 months and include both one on one, individualized case management services and monthly group workshops that focus on accessing community resources, career building, legal matters, continuing education, renting smart and banking.  The program is seeking single and/ or family household applicants, particularly those who may be experiencing a housing crisis for the first time due to layoff and/or unemployment.
