Shelter Plus Care

Shelter Plus Care partners with Rock County Human Services to provide rental counseling and assistance to homeless, mentally ill households in Rock County.  The program provides a rental subsidy to assist these households in accessing permanent housing, while the Rock County Community Support Program provides intensive case management to assist households in becoming stable.
