This week, Brothers in Chains Motorcycle Club donated more than 500 toys to Community Action, Inc., to be distributed to children throughout Rock County. Accompanying the donated toys was a monetary donation of $420.00 to purchase additional toys for families with infants and toddlers.

“It was a humbling experience to walk into the club and witness the kindness of so many people in this community,” said Marc Perry, Director of Community Programs for Community Action.

“Our most heartfelt thanks to the gentlemen of BIC for their warmth and generosity. We applaud them for all that they do to brighten the holidays of children and families in our Community.”

Brothers in Chains organizes the toy drive in remembrance of a founding member and Sergeant-at-arms, Shane “PBS” Weber who passed away in October 2011. This was Brothers in Chains’ third year holding the Shane “PBS” Weber Annual Toy Drive and was their most successful year. Brothers in Chains organized in Nov. 2010, as a charitable motorcycle club consisting of motorcycle enthusiasts.
