Community Action, Inc. of Rock & Walworth Counties is pleased to announce Cecilia Dever as Deputy Director. Mrs. Dever brings a demonstrated passion for working with families in poverty and has a long-term commitment to serving our local communities. She has worked for the past 11 years overseeing operations and human resources at Rock Walworth Comprehensive Family Services (otherwise known as Head Start & Early Head Start). Prior to Head Start, Mrs. Dever worked for the Stateline Boys and Girls Club as Center Director for 3 years. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and a certificate in Nonprofit Management.

In her role, Mrs. Dever will be a core member of the agency leadership team and will be responsible for integrating strategic objectives within program operations, ensuring that we are meeting participant’s needs. Mrs. Dever will also provide strategic leadership to support the agency objective of providing strong, effective, culturally relevant services that meet the needs of our local communities.

Community Action is also pleased to announce Paige Money as Development Manager. In her role, Ms. Money will be responsible for creating systems and procedures to support a donor centric environment through education and training. She will develop and nurture relationships with volunteers and donors while enhancing fund development. Ms. Money is passionate about giving back to the community and was previously the Co-President of the Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary in Janesville, WI. Ms. Money has a Bachelor’s Degree in Government with a Minor in History. She has also completed her Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and brings over 5 years of teaching experience. She has been a Director of Stores for Robin Rotenier Jewelry and managed her own successful boutique as the Owner.
